Master file cards/court history and movement records, 1921-1993.

A Master File Card or a Court History and Movement Record is created for each adult or juvenile placed in the custody of Corrections, including those committed to a correctional institution and those placed on probation. Information includes, but is not limited to, the following: client name; case number; date of birth; sex; race; address; marital status; agent number; case type; mandatory release date; offenses; date committed; term; discharge date; statutes violated; conditions of probation; also sentences; committing court, county, and judge; transfer information--date, address, county, agent number, and agent headquarters; movement information--event, classification, date, assignment, and commitment number; and "T" (termination) number.
